What is mobile deposit?
Mobile deposit lets you deposit checks using your phone by taking a photo in the Think Bank app, so you do not need to visit a branch or ATM.
How does mobile deposit work?
Just open the Think Bank app, tap “Deposit checks,” take a photos of your check, and submit it securely.
Using mobile deposit
Open mobile deposit
Select “Deposit checks” from the main menu in the app to get started.

Enter the check amount
Select “Deposit a check,” enter the amount listed on the check, tap Continue, then choose the account you’d like to deposit it into.

Endorse and submit your check
Sign the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only–Think Bank.” Then take pictures of the check to complete your deposit.

Should I endorse my check before taking a picture?
Yes. You should sign the back of your check and write "For Mobile Deposit Only–Think Bank" below your signature.
When will my funds be available?
Funds from mobile deposits accepted by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, are typically available by the end of the next business day. Exceptions may occur. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
What should I do with my check after depositing it?
Keep the check in a safe place for a short time after deposit, then securely dispose of it once the deposit is confirmed.
Is mobile deposit safe?
Yes. Mobile deposit uses the same secure encryption technology as Think Online to help protect your information. Mobile deposit does not store check images or account information on your device.
