Bill Pay
Use Bill Pay in Think Online to make, schedule, and manage your payments from one place. Your payments are processed securely and are easy to track. To get started, sign in to Think Online at thinkbank.com (desktop) or use the Think Bank mobile app.
What you can do
- Enroll in Bill Pay
- Add and manage payees
- Make or schedule payments
- Edit or cancel payments
Enroll in Bill Pay
Mobile app
Select “Pay” from your dashboard and follow the prompts.
Desktop
Select "Pay a person" or "Pay a bill" and follow the prompts.
Add a payee
Add a company (mobile)
- Select “Pay” from your dashboard or "Bill Pay" in the left-hand slide-out menu.
- Select the "+" in the top right corner. You will be prompted to complete your two-factor authentication.
- Choose to add a company, enter the payee's information, and select "Submit."
Add a company (desktop)
- Select “Pay a bill” from your dashboard.
- Select “+ Add another bill.”
- Enter the payee's information and select "Submit." You will be prompted to complete your two-factor authentication.
Add a person (mobile)
- Select “Pay” from your dashboard or "Bill Pay" in the left-hand slide-out menu.
- Select the "+" in the top right corner. You will be prompted to complete your two-factor authentication.
- Choose to add a person.
- Select which payment method you would like to use.
- Enter the payee's information and select "Submit."
Add a person (desktop)
- Select "Pay a person" from your dashboard.
- Select “+ Add another person.”
- Select which payment method you would like to use. You will be prompted to complete your two-factor authentication.
- Enter the payee's information and select "Submit."
Make or schedule a payment
Mobile app
- Select "Pay" from your dashboard.
- Select the payee you'd like to pay.
- Choose the account you'd like to pay from and enter the payment amount. Select "More options" to choose a payment date, frequency, or add a note.
- Select "Submit" to schedule your payment.
Desktop
- From your dashboard, select “Pay a bill” or “Pay a person.”
- Select the payee you’d like to pay.
- Choose the account you’d like to pay from and enter the payment amount. Select “More options” to choose a payment date, frequency, or add a note.
- Select “Submit” to schedule your payment.
Edit or cancel a payment
Mobile app
- Select "Bill Pay" in the left-hand slide-out menu.
- Select the scheduled payment under "Activity."
- Choose “Edit payment” to make changes or "Delete" to remove the payment.
Desktop
- Select “Bill Pay” from the left-hand menu.
- Select the scheduled payment you’d like to change.
- Select “Edit” to make changes to the payment or the trash can icon in the top right to delete the payment.
