In order to provide peace of mind for our employees, Think strives to provide a robust compensation and benefits plan. Think offers a professional compensation plan that allows a focus on quality, not quantity. A competitive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance coverage. In addition, Think provides a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match along with paid vacation and fixed holidays.
The first step is to submit an application online. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application.

If Think's hiring team would like to learn more about your background and qualifications, a representative from Think will be in contact with you to conduct a phone interview within three weeks from your application date.

After the phone interview process, top candidates for opportunities are asked to interview in person at either Think's Corporate office in Rochester, or at a local branch in the Twin Cities. Prior to extending a job offer, applicants may return for a 2nd in-person interview.

Before extending a final job offer, Think's Employee Services department will conduct a credit check, criminal background check, verify the applicant's education, and conduct a reference check.
Think is committed to hiring the best candidate for each position, and therefore the timeframe is flexible and will vary from position to position.
You are required to submit a resume and encouraged to submit a cover letter. Cover letters can be addressed to "To Whom It May Concern" or "Dear Recruiting Team".

Please keep in mind that the more complete the online application, the better we will be able to assess your background and qualifications, and therefore it is recommended that you complete all fields of the online application.
Applicants are encouraged to submit an online application to ensure that your resume and cover letter are easily and quickly accessed by hiring managers.
