Think Bank is committed to delivering an exceptional experience to every customer we serve. One of the ways we can measure how well we are meeting this commitment is to receive feedback from our customers.
You may receive occasional survey invitations from PeopleMetrics, the partner who conducts our surveys. Completing the survey will give you an opportunity to evaluate how well we are delivering service to you.

Frequently asked questions about our surveys:
How were customers selected for surveying?
We randomly select customers who have had recent interactions with us. Employees and those in their households are not able to take the survey.
How long will the survey take to complete?
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
What will you do with the results and how soon will we see changes?
Results will be used to improve the service we deliver. We will evaluate the results and implement any potential improvements as we're able to do so.
Who will see my survey responses?
Your privacy is important to us. None of your responses will be shared with parties other than Think and those needed to conduct the survey.
At the end of the survey, you will be given the option to allow Think to follow-up with you about your survey responses. If you identify any unresolved problems, service needs, etc., a Think representative may wish to follow up with you.
What personally identifiable information do you ask for during the survey?
You may be asked to verify your name and that you are a current customer. You WILL NOT be asked for any sensitive personal information such as account details or social security numbers.
