Think Mutual Bank (referred to as “Think Bank,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy concerns of users of our website, thinkbank.com and our mobile app (collectively, our “Sites”). We understand that your personal and financial information is important to you. This policy applies to Think Bank regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information collected from visitors during use of our Sites either owned or via a third-party service provider.

Think Bank also uses and shares information about its customers in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Website Privacy Policy, both located on our website at thinkbank.com.

Information you provide to us
We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, business name, login information, location, financial information, account information, messages you submit using the Sites forms or chat features, pictures you submit, documents you submit, and other information that may personally identify you.

If you enable your mobile app to use facial scan or fingerprint technology (“Biometric Information”), we will use that Biometric Information to validate your identity; however, we do not collect or store your Biometric Information.

Think Bank uses information that you have provided to us, as permitted under applicable law, to:

  • Fulfill requests you have made for information, products or services
  • Follow through with marketing efforts, including contests, promotions, or the collection of surveys

Third-party cookies and other tracking technologies
Think Bank, and third parties, may use technologies that collect information automatically including cookies and web beacons. This includes Google Analytics which Think Bank uses to help us understand how you interact with the Sites.

At Think Bank, your account security and privacy are a high priority. We consider this another important part of better banking and remain committed to high standards of account security to protect you. You also play a crucial role in keeping your personal information safe. Here are some best practices:

  • Never share your username, password or PIN with anyone. By providing your username, password or other credentials to any person or third-party, you authorize that person or third-party to initiate transfers to or from your account.
  • Be suspicious of texts or emails urgently asking for your personal information.
  • Monitor your account on a regular basis and act quickly by reporting suspicious activity to us immediately.

  • Don’t post personal information, such as your birthdate, on social media or elsewhere online.

We do not use the Sites to knowingly solicit personal information from, or market to, children under the age of thirteen (13) without parental consent. Think Bank reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements or for other purposes. Any changes made to the policy will become effective when posted unless indicated otherwise. Your continued use of the Sites will indicate your consent to be bound by the updated policy.
