Think Bank is pleased to welcome Ryan Hatton as Vice President of Risk. Ryan brings more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning risk management, enterprise resilience, fraud investigations, and security operations. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen programs, navigate complex challenges, and prepare for the unexpected while fostering strong, collaborative teams.
Ryan’s breadth of experience and strategic approach will support Think Bank's commitment to maintaining a strong risk management framework while continuing to serve customers and communities with confidence.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Ryan is actively involved in the Rochester community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Gift of Life Transplant House and is passionate about supporting organizations that strengthen the community and improve the lives of local families.
