Will I need to set up a new user name and password to access Think Online?

No, your current user name and password will work. (If you log in using fingerprint or facial recognition you will select that function after you log into the mobile app for the first time.)

What internet browser should I use?

To have the best experience, use the latest version of either Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. (Internet Explorer is not recommended as it no longer supports the minimum security measures required to keep your data safe.)

Why do I need an authentication code?

Two-factor authentication adds another layer of protection to your accounts. The first time you log in you'll be asked to secure your account with an email address and cell phone number. A unique code will then be generated and sent to you, and you'll use that code to gain access to your accounts. Think Online will remember what device you use, so if you check the "don't ask for codes again on this computer" box during log in, and always use the same device, you'll only need to enter the code once. If you log in using a different device you'll be sent a new code to verify that you are who you say you are.

How do I get my code?

During the log in procedure your code will be sent by text to the phone number you specified. If your phone doesn't accept texts, you can choose a different option (such as voice phone call).

Will the alerts I set up previously still work?

No. You will need to reset your alerts. Learn how here.

What will happen to payments I have pending in Bill Pay during the transition?

Scheduled payments will process normally. Bill Pay is called "Payments" in the new desktop version and "Pay" in the mobile app version. Click on that tab/button to access and manage your payments. You'll also see two other tabs in the desktop version labeled "Pay a bill" and "Pay a person". These shortcut links also enable you to send a payment to a company or individual. You can even establish recurring payments.

Can I access and pay my Think VISA credit card bill in Think Online?

Yes, you will be able to see transactions and pay all or part of your balance just like before.

How do I deactivate a debit card?

You can deactivate a debit card by calling 1-800-288-3425 - 24 hours a day.

I set up nicknames for my accounts, will they translate over?

Yes. All of your nicknames will still be there, though your accounts may appear in a different order than what you expect. It’s easy to reorder them by clicking "organize accounts" and dragging them into the order you prefer.

Will I be able to view my past e-Statements?

Yes, if you are enrolled to receive e-Statements today you will be able to see them in Think Online. Click on any account name and select "Documents." Next, choose the account statement you want to view. Up to 18 months of statements will be available.

How will this affect Quicken and Quickbooks?

You will still be able to establish a connection to Think Online with Quicken and Quickbooks.

How much account transaction history will be available?

Initially you'll have access to up to 120 days of transaction history for all account types. Your history will build as more transactions accrue.

Will secure messaging be available?

Yes. You can easily send secure messages and documents through the new messages feature located on the Dashboard.

Can I still make cross account transfers?

Yes, but the procedure is different. You will use the new "Pay a person" feature to set them up as a payee. Once they are set up you can send them money. You can also call our Support Center or send us a secure message and we’ll make those transfers securely for you.

How will my business account be affected?

Business customers will receive all the same features outlined here. Cash Management users will be able to access Cash Management via a "Business" tab within Think Online.
