iPad App

You can download our iPad app in the App Store:


  • Accounts: View account balance and transaction information for deposit and loan accounts.
  • Think VISA: View VISA credit card accounts and make payments.
  • Bill Pay: Pay bills from within the app.
  • Mobile Deposit: Deposit checks quickly and easily by taking pictures of your checks.
  • Transfers: Transfer money or schedule one-time and future dated transfers between your accounts, to other Think Mutual Bank account holders, and to and from accounts at other US financial institutions.
  • e-Statements: View your statements from within the app.
  • Text alerts: Enroll in and manage text alerts to monitor for fraud.
  • Activate/Cancel Debit Cards: Activate a debit card or report a card lost or stolen.
  • Touch ID login: Log into the app with a fingerprint (available on iPad Air 2, Mini 3, Pro, or newer with iOS 9.0 or newer).
  • Stop check payments: Stop check payments from within the mobile app.
  • Secure messages: Send and receive secure messages.
  • Send a travel notice: Ensure access to a Think VISA credit or debit card remains uninterrupted during a trip.
  • Address updates: Update your address within the mobile app.
  • Locations: Find Think branch and ATM locations.

Online Banking integration

Our iPad app is tightly integrated with Online Banking - the login credentials you use for Online Banking are the same for the iPad app. You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use the app. Also, many display settings such as the number of accounts shown, transaction history, and account nicknames mirror the settings you have established in Online Banking.

Using the iPad app

Logging in:

The login credentials you use for Online Banking are the same for the iPad app. Simply enter your current Online Banking username, then verify your security image and enter your password to log into the app.

Touch ID login:

Once you've logged in, you can setup the Touch ID feature that enables you to login with a fingerprint. Visit "Settings", then "Touch ID Credentials" and follow the prompts.

Feature available on iPad Air 2, Mini 3, Pro, or newer with iOS 9.0 or newer. Touch ID must be set up on your device before it will be available with our app.


The app will display balances for your checking and savings accounts, loans, and mortgages. You will see the same number of accounts that are set to display in Online Banking by default. This may be changed in Online Banking under the "Options & Tools" tab, then "Display Options".

Account transactions:

The account transactions screen displays your current and available balances as well as the account's debits and credits. Transactions are displayed in chronological order and you can scroll to view additional transactions below. The number of transactions visible will depend on the number of days of history your have set up in Online Banking.

Account details:

For checking and savings accounts, the account details page displays:

  • Current & available balances
  • Last statement balance
  • Date of last statement
  • Date opened
  • Interest rate

For loan accounts, the account details screen displays:

  • Principal balance
  • Original loan amount
  • Maturity date
  • Payment amount
  • Payment date
  • Interest rate and interest paid

Think VISA:

If you have a Think VISA Credit Card, you can view your account details and make payments within the app.


Bill Pay:

Bill Pay enables you to pay the billers you have set up in Online Banking. You can also delete current bill payments you have already set up.

You must already be enrolled in Bill Pay before you can use it in the mobile app. If you'd like to apply for Bill Pay, log into Online Banking and click the "Bill Pay" tab to enroll.

Mobile Deposit:

Deposit checks quickly and easily by taking pictures of your checks.


Use the transfers screen to transfer money between your accounts, make a loan payment, or transfer money to another Think customer. You can also edit and delete scheduled transfers.

Bank-to-bank transfers:

Transfer funds to and from accounts at other US financial institutions. Call us at 1-800-288-3425 or visit a branch to enroll in this feature.


The eStatements feature enables you to view PDFs of statements for each of your accounts.


Activate/Cancel Debit Cards:

If you lose your debit card or suspect fraud on your account, you can disable your card in our mobile app 24/7 to prevent unauthorized transactions. Warning: when you report a card lost or stolen it will permanently deactivate the card. You will need to call us at 1-800-288-3425 or visit a branch to get a replacement card.

You can also use this menu to activate a new debit card.

Stop check payments:

Cancel a check you've written before it is processed from within the mobile app.

If you need to edit or cancel a stop payment after it's been submitted, please call us at 1-800-288-3425 or visit one of our branches.


Secure messages:

Send and receive messages that include confidential information to us securely.

Send a travel notice:

Notify us when you travel to new places and ensure access to your Think VISA credit and debit cards remain uninterrupted during your trip. You can also provide us with information about your trip such as destination, arrival and departure dates, emergency contact information, and more.

Address updates:

Use the address updates feature to let us know when you move.


The locations screen enables you to:

  • Find branch locations
  • Find ATM locations
  • Find non-Think ATMs nearby in the Star or AllPoint ATM networks

Maps require that location services (GPS) be enabled and that an internet connection is available.

By using mobile banking, you agree to the same terms and conditions applicable to Think Mutual Bank's online banking system.

While Think Mutual Bank does not charge for mobile banking, you may be charged data access or SMS (texting) fees by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on specific fees and charges.
