To use Mobile Deposit, you need a Think checking or savings account, Online Banking, and Think's mobile app installed on your smart phone or tablet.
To begin, download (or update) the free Think Mobile Banking app from your favorite app store.
Using Mobile Deposit:
Find Mobile Deposit & Enroll
Log into the app, then open the menu and select 'Mobile Deposit'.
You'll be asked to enter your e-mail address, phone number, and select which accounts to deposit into. Activation will be completed within two business days.
Prepare Your Check Deposit
Tap "Account" to choose the account to deposit into (Additional accounts may be requested by selecting "Request Changes" in the Mobile Deposit menu).
Enter the amount of the check deposit and click 'Take Pictures'.
Take Pictures Of Your Check
Sign the back of your check and write "For Mobile Deposit Only."
Follow the instructions on screen and take pictures of the front and back sides of your check.
Click 'Done', then 'Submit' to deposit your check. You will receive a confirmation of your deposit by e-mail.
Funds from mobile deposits accepted by 6:00 pm central time Monday - Friday will be available by the end of the next business day.
Mobile Deposit utilizes the same 128-bit encryption technology to safeguard your data as Online Banking. Also, Mobile Deposit does not store account information or images of checks on your mobile device.
