Q. What if I don't want a joint owner to see my Online Banking accounts?
A. Joint owners have the same rights as primary owners, so we cannot block access to an account. If you wish to review who has access to your accounts, please contact us.
Q. Can I transfer money to someone's account even if I'm not joint on their account?
A. Yes. You can transfer funds to any Think customer's account using either Online Banking or Phone Banking IF they are willing to give you their account number. As always, use caution when sharing financial information. Learn more about online security.
Q. When I click on the Visa and Bill Pay tabs in Online Banking nothing happens?
A. Depending on your browser type and version, your pop up blocker may be stopping access to these areas. Allowing pop ups from the Online Banking site should correct the problem.
Q. When I am in Online Banking, I notice a bar in my browser that says "Jack Henry and Associates". Why doesn't it say Think Mutual Bank?
A. Our trusted partner, Jack Henry and Associates, now hosts our Online Banking through their secure network. They provide internet and core banking systems to over 1,500 banks and use state of the art security software, hardware and procedures to keep information secure. You will notice the "padlock" icon or bar on the address line. This tells you that it is a secure connection and secure website. A benefit of partnering with this company is that they have additional resources and knowledge they can use to help keep your information secure.
Q. I am a joint account holder, why can't I sign up for e-Statements?
A. Online Banking enables ALL owners to view and interact with all of the accounts they are joint on in one place. While you can access all accounts you have ownership in through a single Online Banking ID, e-Statements can only be requested and viewed by the primary account holder. If you wish to review who has access to your accounts, please contact us.
