Why are the Downtown St. Paul and IBM campus locations permanently closing?

We considered these factors before making this decision:
  • These branches were initially closed 13 months ago due to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Even before the pandemic began, fewer Think customers were choosing to bank at these locations.
  • Because of the pandemic, fewer employees are working onsite where these branches are located which further decreases the use of the branches.

Are you going to close or open any other branches?

We do not have any plans to close or open additional branches.
